Section Z. This Ordinance shall become effective <br />on January 1, 1987, however, when issuing building <br />permits the city building official need not consider or <br />apply the solar setback requirements of this Ordinance <br />or any amendments thereto until July 1, 1987. Except as <br />herein amended, all other provisions of Ordinance No. <br />1$8$1 remain in f ul1 force and effect, to which the City <br />Recorder is requested to append this Ordinance. <br />Section 4.
