For that portion of a development site allocated for multiple-family residential use, the maximum permitted coverage by buildings and structures shall be 50 percent. b. For that portion of a development site allocated for all _ uses other than multiple-family residential, at least 4d percent of that portion of the site to be developed shall be landscaped with living plant materials.
