1. Single, 32-gallon can, once a week <br />in a back yard, 75~ of the single- <br />can monthly rate outside a mobile <br />home park, condominium or apartment <br />complex ...............................$ 4.13 <br />2. The rate in B.1 above shall apply <br />when the mobile home park, condo- <br />minimum or apartment complex manage- <br />ment is billed for refuse removal <br />within the mobile home park, condo- <br />minimum or apartment complex; however, <br />the rates for refuse removal outside <br />a mobile home park, condominium or <br />apartment complex shall apply when <br />the residents thereof are billed <br />individually. <br />C. Conditions and Surchar es: <br />1. The above base rates do not include the Lane <br />County tipping fee set forth in paragraph vII. <br />2. Cans shall not exceed 75 pounds in weight when <br />filled. <br />3. Cans shall have lids, solid bottoms, and <br />adequate hand halds, and service for them may <br />be refused if the lids, bottoms, or hand holds <br />are not adequate. <br />4. Extra charges of not less than $1.00 shall be <br />made far extra refuse, brush, debris, or other <br />material which may not exceed six feet in <br />length. <br />5. Service of any type more frequently than once <br />a week shall be chargeable at the monthly rate <br />multiplied by the number of times that service <br />is provided during the week. <br />II MECHANIZED CURBSIDE -~- TG 90 GALLON CONTAINERS BASE RATE-~ <br />MONTHLY; <br />A. Cne -0- to 90 gallon mechanized container <br />once a week ...............................$ 7.65 <br />B. Each additional container per week, 1000 <br />of the base rate in II A above. <br />C. Containers larger than 90 gallons within this <br />category constitute a new service requiring a <br />ordinance - 3 <br />
