Any resolution establishing fees or a process far settin <br />g <br />fees inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance is re Baled. <br />p <br />Sec,t~ o,n 4.. The City Recorder, at the request of or with the concurrence <br />of the City Attorney, is authorized to administratively correct an references <br />y <br />contained elsewhere within the Eugene Code, 197I to the provisions amended <br />or repealed herein, <br />Section 5.
