ORDINANCE NO. <br />An Ordinance vacating the fallowing described street, to-wit: <br />That portion of Henderson Avenue more particu- <br />larly described on Exhibit A attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference. <br />Fischer, Sv 87-2~ <br />On the 2nd day of June, 1987, the City Council of the Cit <br />Y <br />of Eugene passed Ordinance No. 19489 setting a hearing to be held <br />at 7:30 p.m., Pacific Time on the 3rd day of August, 1987 at the <br />Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at which time and <br />place protests and remonstrances could be heard as to the ro osed <br />p p <br />vacation of the above described street. <br />Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearin and at <br />g <br />said time and place the Council heard all objections and deferred <br />final action to its meeting of September 9, 1987. <br />All persons owning property abutting the street to be vacated <br />have consented to the vacation and applied far the same. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that <br />due and regular notice of the hearing was published and osted as <br />p <br />by law required and no valid objections have been made at the <br />hearing or filed. The consent of the owners of the abuttin <br />g <br />property has been duly and regularly filed in the proceedings and <br />the public interest will not be prejudiced by the vacation of the <br />street. <br />Section ~.
