final action was deferred by the Council to its meeting of Septem- <br />ber 9, 1987 to enable Councilors to view the site of the vacation <br />request, That viewing has occurred, and all matters necessary to <br />be done in the premises have been duly and regularly completed. <br />Sect ion 3. The hereinabove described street is hereby <br />vacated, and the street so vacated shall revert pursuant to the <br />statutes of the State of Oregon. <br />Section 4, The City Recorder is hereby directed to file a <br />certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Lane County, <br />Oregon, together with a map or plat of said property, and a cer- <br />tified copy of this ordinance shall be filed with the Lane County <br />Assessor and another certified copy shall be filed with the Lane <br />County Surveyor. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />9th day of September, 1987 <br />r <br />City Recorder <br />Approved by the Mayor this <br />9th day ept er 1987 <br />/ - a~/ 1 ~ <br />air <br />Ordinance - ~ <br />
