Section 3. Upon receipt by the City Manager, within 150 da s <br />Y <br />from the date hereof, of a certified copy of an order of the Board <br />of County Commissioners of Lane County, oregon releasin 'uris- <br />g7 <br />diction of the above described portions of Count Roads to the <br />Y <br />City of Eugene, the Cit shall have the same <br />Y control, power and <br />jurisdiction over the streets as it has over all other streets and <br />alleys within the City of Eugene. <br />Section 4. In the event the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Lane County fails to enter the order referred to in Section 3 <br />above within 150 days from the date this Ordinance is ado ted b <br />p Y <br />the Council and approved by the Mayor, the re est and author'- <br />~ ~ <br />nation contained herein shall terminate as thou h this ordi <br />g Hance <br />had not been adopted. <br />Section 5.
