on January 1, 1987, however, when issuing building <br />permits the city building official need not consider or <br />apply the solar setback requirements of this Ordinance <br />or any amendments thereto until a review and evaluation <br />of these requirements has been completed, the Council <br />has held a public hearing thereon, and has determined at <br />the conclusion thereof, by motion or other action to <br />amend the provisions, repeal the provisions, or direct <br />enforcement of the provisions as contained herein. <br />Except as herein amended, all other provisions of Ordi-~ <br />nance No. 18081 remain in full force and effect, to <br />which the City Recorder is requested to a end this <br />pP <br />Ordinance. <br />Sect,,,ion".5.
