consider or apply the solar setback requirements of this <br />ordinance ar any amendments thereto until a review and <br />evaluation of those requirements has been completed, the <br />Council has held a public hearing thereon, and has <br />determined at the conclusion thereof, by motion or other <br />action, to amend the provisions, repeal the provisions, <br />or direct enforcement of the provisions as contained <br />herein. <br />Section 3. Section 2 of ordinance No. 19401, passed by the <br />Council and approved by the Mayor on August 13, 1986 is amended to <br />read and provide: <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective <br />on January 1, 1987, however, when issuing building <br />permits the city building official need not consider or <br />apply the solar setback requirements of this ordinance <br />or any amendments thereto until a review and evaluation <br />of those requirements has been completed, the Council <br />has held a public hearing thereon, and has determined at <br />the conclusion thereof, by motion or other action, to <br />amend the provisions, repeal the provisions, or direct <br />enforcement of the p rovisians as contained herein. <br />Except as herein amended, all other provisions of ordi- <br />nance No. 19329 remain in full force and effect, to <br />which the City Recorder is requested to append this <br />ordinance. <br />Section 4. Section 2 of ordinance Nv. 19402 passed by the <br />Council and approved by the Mayor on August 13, 1956 is amended to <br />read and provide; <br />Section 2.
