ORDINANCE N0. 19515 AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING ZONING AND PERMITTED USES; AMENDING SECTIONS 9.439, 9.450, AND 9.452 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.
