Section 3. Section 9.452 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended by add- <br />ing anew subparagraph ~c} thereto, to read and provide: <br />9.452 Buildin s and Uses Permitted Conditiona1l In addition to the <br />buildings and uses permitted conditionally listed in sections <br />9.492 to 9.502, the hearings official may grant a conditional use ermit <br />far an of the fallowi ~ ~ p <br />y ng bu~ld~ngs and uses in accordance with the procedures <br />set forth in sections 9.696 to 9.722: <br />~a} Uses that could be hazardous, obnoxious, or offensive <br />by reason of odor or biological agents. <br />~b~ Rescue missions not in existence on January 1, 1984. <br />~c} Athletic facilities and sports clubs. <br />Bu~ld~ngs and uses ex~st~ng and legal]y permitted or permitted canditional1 <br />as 1~sted in the zonin ordinance an y <br />f g January 27, 1982 are exempt from sections <br />9.612 to 9.626 perta~n~ng to non-conforming uses. This exem tion is limited <br />to the devela ment si ~ ~ ~ p <br />p to on which the bu~ld~ngs or uses existed on <br />January 2l, 1982. <br />Section 4.
