lots as required by Sections 7.185 and 7.187 of the Eugene Code, <br />1971. The allocation of the assessment between these two tax <br />lots will not affect the amounts levied against other properties <br />included on the Assessment Roll attached to Ordinance No. 19521. <br />Now, therefore, <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS; <br />Section 1. Based upon the above findings, which are hereby <br />adopted, and the recommendation of the hearings official, the <br />Assessment Roll attached to Ordinance No. 19521, passed by the <br />Council and approved by the Mayor on November 16, 1987, is <br />amended by deleting therefrom the assessment in the amount of <br />$8,013.92 as represented by account number 860007-0120, Stanley <br />L. Davis and Nancy M. Davis Thompson, and substituting therefor: <br />Account Na. Name Amount <br />860107-0010 Judith L. and Gerald P. Braun $3,566.38 <br />860107-0020 Shawn M. and Barry D. Bokn $4,447.54 <br />Section 2. The finance officer is directed to make the <br />above corrections to the Assessment Roll attached to Ordinance <br />No. 19521 and to the docket of city liens, and to send a notice <br />of the assessment to the property owners set forth in Section 1 <br />above. <br />Section 3. Except as herein specifically amended, all other <br />provisions of Ordinance No. 19521 and the assessments provided <br />for therein remain in full force and effect, <br />Section 4. That the matters contained herein concern the <br />public welfare and safety, and it is necessary that the above <br />corrections be made as soon as passible, and therefore, an <br />emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance shall <br />Ordinance - 2 <br />
