covenants, agreements, obligations, duties and provisions, <br />express or implied, required to be~done or performed b or on its <br />Y <br />behalf under this ~rdlnance and Supplemental ordinances and the <br />Bonds in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof, <br />5.2.15, Taking Any Further Action Required for the <br />Purposes of This Ordinance. The City shall, at any and all <br />times, adopt, make, do, executer acknowledge, deliver, register, <br />file and record all such other and further ordinances, <br />resolutions, acts, deeds, demands, conveyances, assignments, <br />transfers, assurances and instruments and give such further <br />notices and give such further acts, as may be reasonably <br />necessary,,proper or desirable for the better assuring, pledging <br />and assigning the Revenues and other moneys pledge, assigned or <br />charged hereunder or intended so to be, or which the City may <br />hereafter become bound to pledge, assign or charge, or for the <br />carrying out more effectively the purposes and intent, and the <br />facilitating of the performance, of this ordinance. <br />5.3. Insurance. The City shall maintain <br />reasonable levels af.cvmmercial insurance or self-insurance, in <br />amounts which the City determines are cost--effective and <br />appropriate for,the risks to which the Airport is subject. The <br />City shall provide to the Trustee the certificate of an insurance <br />consultant reasonably acceptable to the Trustee, to the effect <br />that the insurance program for the Airport is reasonable. <br />Page 41 - Ordinance <br />
