such trust company or bank or to such banker, as the property of <br />such party, the Bonds therein mentioned, if such certificate <br />shall be deemed by the City and the Trustee to be satisfactory. <br />The City and the Trustee may, in their respective discretions; <br />require evidence that such Bands have been deposited with a bank, <br />banker or trust company, before taking any action based on such <br />ownership. In lieu of the foregoing the City and the Trustee may <br />accept other proofs of the foregoing as either of them shall deem <br />appropriate. The fact of ownership by any person of registered <br />Bonds shall be proved by the registration books maintained <br />pursuant hereto. For all purposes of this ordinance and of the <br />proceedings for the enforcement hereof, such persons shall be <br />deemed to continue to be the Owner of such Bonds until the City <br />and the Trustee shall have received notice in writing to the <br />contrary. <br />Page 59 - Ordinance <br />
