SECTION 10, SPECIAL PURPOSE FACILITIES <br />AND NET RENT LEASES <br />10,1. Financin of S ecial Pur ose Facilities, <br />The City may finance Special Purpose Facilities located at the <br />Airport by issuing Special Purpose obligations, if the Special <br />Purpose Facilities are subject to a Net Rent Lease. Special <br />Purpose obligations shall have no lien or claim on the Revenues, <br />and money received by the City under a Net Rent Lease shall not <br />constitute Revenues, except as provided in Section 10,1.1 hereof. <br />10.1.1. The Net Rent Lease shall provide for payment <br />to the City of a ground rental for the Airport land upon which <br />such Special Purpose Facility is or is to be located, in an <br />amount at least equal to the fair market rental value of the land <br />subject to the Net Rent Lease, as reasonably estimated by the <br />City. Such ground rental shall constitute Revenues and be paid <br />into the operating Account, to be used and applied as are other <br />moneys deposited therein. <br />10.1.2. All rentals payable under a Net Rent Lease <br />which exceed the amount required to pay the Special Purpose <br />obligations, to fund reserves for such Special Purpose <br />Obl~gat~ons, to pay trustee's, fiscal agents' and Paying Agents' <br />fees and expenses in connection therewith, to pay the Airport <br />administrative costs, or to pay ground rentals described in <br />Section 10,1.1 hereof, may be paid to the City for its own use <br />and purposes. <br />10.2. Special Purpose Obli,~ations. Anything in <br />this Ordinance to the ~contrary~~~~~notw~~~thstandin~g~, the City may <br />issue,Special Purpose obligations to finance Special Purpose <br />Facilities or refund Special Purpose Obligations. Such Special <br />Purpose obligations: <br />~a} shall be payable solely from the fixed rentals <br />payable under a Net Rent Lease; <br />fib} shall not be a charge ar claim against or <br />payable from the Revenues or any other moneys held under; <br />~c} shall mature within the term of the Net Rent <br />Lease entered into with respect to such Special Purpose <br />Facility; and <br />~d} shall not be issued unless and until the <br />following the conditions have been met: <br />10.2.1.
