<br />Tax Lot 2600, Assessor's Map 17-04-14-14, located in the River <br />Road region of north Eugene, south of Beltline Road, west of <br />River Road, north and west of Hamilton Avenue, east of Grove <br />Street, and more particularly described on Exhibit 6 attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Vaughn; EC ED 05- <br />52) <br /> <br />That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River <br />Road Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn <br />from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts <br />so withdrawn. <br /> <br />G. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated <br />January 9, 2006, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following <br />described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective November 21, 2005: <br /> <br />Tax Lot 4800, Assessor's Map 17-04-13-32, located in the River <br />Road region of north Eugene, south of Beltline Road, east of <br />River Road, south of River Avenue, west of Camelot Street, north <br />of Howard Avenue, and more particularly described on Exhibit 7 <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Scott; EC <br />ED 05-57) <br /> <br />That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River <br />Road Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn <br />from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts <br />so withdrawn. <br /> <br />H.
