<br />I. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated <br />January 10, 2006, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following <br />described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective January 9, 2006: <br /> <br />Tax Lots 4100 and 4200, Assessor's Map 17-04-23-44, located in <br />the River Road region of north Eugene, south of Beltline Road, <br />west of River Road, south of Park Avenue, southwest of Filbert <br />Avenue, and west of Knoop Lane, and more particularly described <br />on Exhibit 9 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />(Kreindel; EC ED 06-03) <br /> <br />That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River <br />Road Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn <br />from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts <br />so withdrawn. <br /> <br />J. (Carnahan; <br />EC ED 06-02) <br /> <br />That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River <br />Road Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn <br />from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts <br />so withdrawn. <br /> <br />K. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission is expected to act <br />on, and issue, a Notice advising that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following <br />described real property will be annexed to the City of Eugene, with an effective date prior to <br />February 27,2006: <br /> <br />Tax Lot 3800, Assessor's Map 17-04-23-12, located in the River <br />Road region of north Eugene, east side of Oak Drive, north of <br />Horn Lane, west of River Road, to be more particularly described <br />on Exhibit 11 which will be attached to the Ordinance approving <br />the withdrawal. (Mattox) <br /> <br />That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River <br />Road Park and Recreation District.
