ORDINANCE NO. ~~~ <br />An ordinance vacating the fallowing described street, to- <br />wit: <br />1~7 feet of the south end of the original <br />Tivey wheeler Road ~Goodpasture Island Road}; <br />as more particularly de~,~cribed on Exhibit A <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference. ~~estcoast Freeholds, SV 88-3~ <br />RESERVING herein an easement for public <br />utility purposes over, under, and across the <br />northerly ~0 feet of the above described <br />property and the right to enter thereon for <br />the purposes of construction, reconstruction, <br />repair and maintenance. <br />On the 11th day of July, 1988, the City Council of the City <br />of Eugene by Motion duly passed, called a public hearing to be <br />held at 7:30 p.m., Pacific Time on the 8th day of Au ust 1988 <br />g , <br />at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at which <br />time and place protests and remonstrances could be heard as to <br />the proposed vacation of the above described street. <br />Native was duly and regularly given of the hearing and at <br />said time and place the .Council heard all objections to the <br />proposed vacation. <br />All persons owning property abutting the street to be vaca- <br />ted have consented to the vacation and applied for the same. <br />THE CITY, OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds <br />that due and regular notice of the hearing was published and <br />posted as by law required and no valid objections have been made <br />at the hearing or filed.
