The hearing was held on the 8th day of August, <br />1988 at 7:34 p.m., Pacific Time, at the Council Chambers, City <br />Hall, Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and all matters necessary to <br />be done in the premises have been duly and regularly completed. <br />Section 3. The hereinabove described street, which is a <br />County Road, is hereby vacated, and the street so vacated shall <br />revert pursuant to the statutes of the State of oregon, as of the <br />effective date of the order or Ordinance of the Lane Count Board <br />Y <br />of County Commissioners vacating the street. <br />Section 4.
