ORDINANCE N0. 19519 <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING CITY BOARDS, COMMISSIONS <br />AND COMMITTEES; AMENDING SECTIONS 2.013, 2.a50, <br />2.224, 2.280, AND 3.119 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; <br />ADDING SECTION 2.17o TO THAT CODE; AND DECEARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOEEOWS: <br />Section 1.
