ORDINANCE N0. I95SI AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING OFF-STREET PARKING RE~UIRE- MENTS; AMENDING SECTIONS 9.580, 9.582, AND 9.585 OF THE EUGENE CODE, I97I; THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section I. Section 9.OI5 of the Eugene Cade, 197I, is amended by add- the following definition in alphabetical order therein: 9.OI5 Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise, the following words and phrases mean: I9th and A ate Area. The C-1 zoned properties fronting Agate Street between East ISth Avenue and East 24th Avenue, and the C-I zoned properties fronting East I9th Avenue between Emerald Street and Columbia Street as depicted in the I9th and Agate Special Area Study adopted by the council by ordinance number I9564 on July 11, I988. Section 2. Section 9.580 of the Eugene Cade, I971, is amended to ro- p vide: 9.580 Descri tion and Pur ose. The purpose of sections 9.584 to 9.598 is to set forth the off-street parking requirements for the various buildings and uses. Section 3. Subparagraph ~b~ of Section 9.582 of the Eugene Code, I97I is amended to provide: 9.582 u _ ,.f-Street Parking.
