Subparagraph ~c~ of Section 9.586 of the Eugene Code, 1971, <br />is amended, and anew subparagraph ~e~ added thereto, to provide: <br />9.586 Parkin S aces Re uired. Unless specifically prescribed otherwise <br />elsewhere in this code, the number of off-street parking spaces <br />required shall be no less than as set forth in the following: <br />Use <br />~c} Commercial Types, except as <br />otherwise specified in <br />subsection 9.586~e~ <br />1. Retail establishments, <br />except as otherwise <br />specified herein. <br />Parkin S ace Re uired <br />1 for each 300 square feet of <br />gross floor area. <br />2. Barber and beauty shops <br />3. Bow] ing alleys <br />4. Pharmacies <br />5. Retai] stores handling <br />bulky merchandise, <br />household furniture, or <br />appliance repair shops <br />6. Office buildings, business <br />and professional offices <br />7. Establishments or enterprises <br />of a recreational or an <br />entertainment nature: <br />a.
