Section 2. The City Manager is hereby directed to prepare a report for the Council's consideration that contains: a. A summary of the voluntary EwEB and BPA sponsored weatheri- nation programs; and b. A review and analysis of the impact of the weatherization standards imposed in Sections 8,270 to 8.310 of the Eugene Code, 1971. Section 3. Ordinance No 18757 adopted by the Council on February 9, 1981 and approved by the Mayor On February 10, 1981, and Ordinance No. 19213 adopted by the Council and approved by the Mayor an January 11, 1954, are hereby repealed. Section 4. Except as herein specifically amended, the provisions of Ordinance No. 19150 adopted by the Council and approved by the Mayor on June 15, 1983 remain in full force and effect. Ordinance - 2
