Containment. Secondary containment shall be provided <br />for pyrophoric liquids in accordance with the provisions of <br />Section 80.3a1~1}4. <br />4. Storage Conditions. Quantities, arrangement and <br />spacing for pyrophoric liquids and solids in tanks, portable <br />tanks, and containers shat ] be i n accordance with Article l9 <br />for Class IB flammable 1 iquids. <br />5. Separation. In addition to the provisions of Section <br />80.301~n}, separation of pyropharic liquids and solids from <br />other hazardous materials shall be in accordance with Article <br />79 for Class IB flammable 1 iquids. <br />Section 80.309 - Hazardous Materials, Unstable Reactive Materials. <br />~a} Indoor Storage. <br />1. General. Indoor storage of unstable reactive} mater- <br />ials shall be in accordance with the provisions of this sub- <br />section and the general provisions specified in Section 80.301. <br />EXCEPTION: Detonatable unstable reactive} materials <br />shall be stored in accordance with Article 11. <br />2. Exempt Amounts. when the amount of unstable ~re- <br />active} material stored in one control area exceeds that spe- <br />cified in Table 80.309-A, such storage shall be within a room <br />yr building conforming to the Structural Specialty Code re- <br />quirements far a Group H, Divisian 1 occupancy far detanatable <br />Class 3 and 4 materials, Group H, Division 2 occupancy for non- <br />detonatable Class 3 materials, and Group H, Divisian 3 occu- <br />pancy for Class 2 and 1 materi al s. <br />Storage exceeding the exempt amaunts specified in Table <br />80.309-A shall comply with items numbered 3. through 9. of <br />this subsection.
