Exterior storage of unstable reactive} mat- erials shall be in accordance with the provisions of this sub- section and the general provisions specified in Section 80.301. z. Distance from Stora a to Ex osures. Exterior storage of unstable reactive} materials shall not be permitted within z0 feet of any building, property line, street, alley, public way or exit to a public way. An unpierced two-hour fire- resistive wall extending not less than 30" above and to the sides of the storage may be provided in lieu of such distance. EXCEPTION: unstable reactive} materials which may deflagrate shall not be permitted within 75 feet of any building, property line, street, alley, public way or exit to a public way. 3. Containment. Secondary containment shall be pro- vided in accordance with the provisions of Section 80.3011}4. 4. Stora a Conditions. A. C1 ass 3 or 4 materials shall be limited to piles not greater than 100 cubic feet. B. Class 1 or z materi al s shal 1 be 1 imi ted to pi 1 es not greater than 1,000 cubic feet. C. Aisle widths between piles shall be not less than one-half the height of the pile or 10 feet, whichever is greater. Indoor storage of water-reactive materials shall be in accordance with the provisions of this subsection and the general provisions specified in Section 80.301. 2. Exempt Amounts. When the amount of water-reactive materials stored~~~~~~~ n one control area exceeds that specified i n Table 80.310-A, such storage shall be within a room or build- ing conforming to the Structural Specialty Code requirements fora Group H, Division 3 Occupancy. Storage exceeding the exempt amounts specified in Table 80.310-A shall comply with items numbered z. through 10.
