3.111 Fire Safet -License Review. In reviewing the application, the <br />.city may request the city's Fire Code Enforcement Division to pro- <br />v~de a written report regarding the ability of the applicant to meet the <br />requirements of this code. <br />3.180 Fire Safet -Term of License. Afire safety permit remains valid <br />as long as all conditions and information described in the appli- <br />cation remain in effect and as long as the fire safety licensee complies with <br />those code sections referenced in section 3.175 of this code, and all other <br />applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />3.181 Fire Safet -Sus ension or Revocation of License or Permit. The <br />city may suspend ar revoke afire safety license or permit issued <br />thereunder ~f there are v~oiations of section 8.190 and 8.200 of this code <br />or a violation of any other applicable provision of this cha ter. <br />p <br />Section 3. A caption, and Sections 3.190, 3.192, 3.194, 3.195, and <br />3.198 are added to the Eugene Cade, 1911, to provide: <br />Hazardous Materials <br />3.190 Hazardous Materials - License Re uired. No person shall store <br />a <br />use, handle, manufacture, process, dispense and/or dispose of any <br />regulated hazardous material as defined by articles 14, 15, 17, 78, 19 80 <br />82, and 86 of the Uniform Fire Code without first obtainin a hazardous y <br />g <br />materials permit as required by sections 4.101 to 4.102 of the Uniform Fire <br />Code as adopted and amended by sections 8.190, 8.200, and 8.205 of this code. <br />When more than one hazardous materials permit is required for the same facil- <br />ity, such permits may be consolidated into a single hazardous materials <br />license, <br />3.192 Hazardous Materials - License Review. In reviewing the a lication <br />the ~ pp ' <br />city may request the city s Fire Code Enforcement Division to <br />provide a written report regarding the ability of the applicant to meet the <br />requirements of this code. <br />3.194 Hazardous Materials - Criteria for Issuance of License. <br />. ~1} In addition to any other requirements of this code, the city <br />may consider any danger to public health or safety, or to public or private <br />property that may result from approval of an application in determining <br />whether to approve the application. <br />€2} Upon finding the applicant has met the criteria of subsection <br />~1} of this section and ~s in compliance with this code and rules ado ted <br />p <br />under this chapter, the city may approve the application and issue the <br />hazardous materials license. <br />Ordinance - 2 <br />
