,9oyy <br />The City Council has established the method of calculating local <br />improvement assessments in Sections 1.170 through 7,180 of the Eugene City <br />Code; and <br />Notice of the proposed assessmen-t to the owners and reputed owners <br />of the hereinafter designated parcels of real property has been heretofore duly <br />and regularly given in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of the <br />Eugene City Code, and the City Council has heard any and all protests, <br />objections and remonstrances thereto and has fully considered them, <br />THE CITY aF E~IGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOIIOWS: <br />Section 1. .That the total cast of paving, sanitary sewer and sidewalk , <br />within and adjacent to C ippendale Subdivision; and storm sewer 65Q feet north of Harlow <br />Road from Arcadia Drive to Calvin Street; and storm sewer 1450 feet north of Harlow <br />Road from Arcadia Drive to 300 feet east <br />in the Gity of Eugene, is the sum of ~ 288,193.25 , aforesaid, which <br />is by this ordinance assessed against the parcels of property hereinafter <br />described in the amounts set apposite, respectively. <br />Section 2. That the City Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, <br />does hereby determine and assess each lot and part of lot being in Eugene, <br />lane County, Oregon , to-wit: <br />Ordinance - 2 <br />
