G. on April 14, 2008, the City Council passed a motion directing the City Manager <br />to return to Council an ordinance classifying all of the streets within the geographic boundaries <br />of the Crest Drive Area as Local streets. Based on Council's motion, the streets within the Crest <br />Drive Area should be classified as Local Streets, as specifically shown on Exhibit A attached <br />hereto. <br />Now, therefore, based on the above findings, <br />THE CITY of EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The 1999 Street Classification Map is hereby amended to classify the <br />streets within the geographic boundaries of the Crest Drive Area in the manner shown on Exhibit <br />A, attached hereto. <br />Section 2. The 1999 Street Classification Map is hereby amended to remove the <br />shading that identifies the Crest Drive Area boundary and the corresponding language related <br />thereto in the legend of the 1999 Map. <br />Section 3 . Except as amended herein, the 1999 Street Classification Map, adopted by <br />Ordinance No. 20181, remains in full force and effect.
