This bill would broaden the list of energy efficiency measures meeting the required 1.5 percent of <br />total contract price from only solar technology to any energy technology that would significantly <br />contribute to lowered energy consumption. This would allow the City to achieve aggressive <br />energy savings goals using the most cost-effective energy efficiency measures rather being <br />forced to spend 1.5 percent of the construction budget only on solar technologies. <br />SB 0455 <br />Relating Clause: Relating to health services; appropriating money; declaring an emergency. <br />Title: <br />Requires Health Resources Commission to conduct comparative effectiveness research and <br />to disseminate research findings. Requires Health Services Commission to develop or <br />identify and to disseminate evidence-based health care guidelines. Requires Office for <br />Oregon Health Policy and Research to coordinate work of both commissions.
