In addi- <br />tion to the buildings and uses permitted conditionally, <br />listed in sections 9.492 to 9.502, the hearings official may <br />grant a conditional use permit for any use that could be <br />hazardous, obnoxious, or offensive by reason of odor or bio- <br />logical agents in accordance with the procedures set forth in <br />sections 9.696 to 9.722. <br />r Buildings and uses existing and legally permitted or per- <br />mitted conditionally as listed a.n the zoning ordinance on Janu- <br />ary 27, 1982 are exempt from sections 9.612 to 9.626 pertain- <br />ing to non-conforming uses. This exemption is limited to the <br />development site on which the buildings or uses existed on <br />January 27, 1952. <br />Section 23. <br />Section 9,492 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby <br />amended by relettering the present subparagraph ~k} to ~1} and add- <br />ing a new subparagraph ~k} thereto, to read and provide: <br />9.492 <br />Section 24. <br />~k} Radio towers and transmitters. <br />Subparagraph ~d } of Subsection ~ 7 } of Section <br />9.51Q of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby amended to read and pro- <br />vide: <br />Ordinance - 10 <br />
