In the I-3 Heavy Indus- <br />~_.,~. <br />trial Di~strictl~, the~~~~ following buildings and uses are <br />permitted as hereinafter specifically provided, subject to the <br />general provisions, exceptions, and performance standards set <br />forth in this ordinance. <br />Those uses listed in section 9.452 shall also be per- <br />mitted as conditional uses in this district, and the uses <br />listed in section 9.454 shall be permitted in this district <br />subject to the provisions and exceptions set forth in sec- <br />tions 9..656 to 9.694 for site review. <br />{.a~ Abattoirs ~slaughterhouses~ - indoors only. <br />~.b} vehicle and building wrecking and salvage; <br />sale of parts salvaged vn-site. This exemption is limited to the develop- <br />ment site on which the buildings or uses existed on January 27, <br />1952. <br />Section 2l. Section 9.472 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby <br />amended to read and provide: <br />9.472 Special Hazardous Uses Re uirin Permits.
