Section 28. Subparagraph 3. of subsection fie} of Section 9.544 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby amended to read and provide: 9.544 (e) 3. In any commercial or industrial district, except C-1 and I-l, parking spaces shall be permitted in any required yards. Provided, however, the re- quired landscape provisions of Section 9.5423} are, adequately complied with. In the I-l district park- ing spaces may be located in required front yards if more than 20 feet from all abutting streets. Section 29. Section 9.546 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby amended by amending Subsection ~1}~.c} thereof, renumbering Subsec- ordinance - 12
