Section 9.554 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby amended to read and provide: 9.554 Residential District Regulations as to Schools, Churches, Public and Semi-Public Buildings. All buildings erected, used or maintained far a school, church, or public or semi- public building or use, institution, or similar use under the regulations of this ordinance shall be subject to the following requirements: . ~a} Front ard. All buildings and additions within 100 feet of adjacent property in a residential district shall have a front yard of at least ten feet. fib} Interior ~rards. All buildings and additions ~~,~~. are subject to the solar radiation protection require- ments of section 9.534 for structures in PL districts. At a minimum, buildings and additions shall have re- quired interior yard setbacks as follows: Building or Addition Height Interior Yards 15 feet ------~---_______________ 10 feet over l5 feet --------~------------ 15 feet When a required interior yard is used far parking or storage and is next to a residential district lot or parcel occupied by a dwelling, it must be screened with year-round, minimum six foot wide, sight obscur- ing vegetation or separated from the residential prop- erty by a site obscuring, six foot high fence or wall, except as otherwise required in section 9.544 for fences and walls in connection with traffic vision clearance. Section 31.
