l 9G~6~ <br />tion ~ 3 } to ~4 } , and adding a new subsection ~ 3 } thereto, to read <br />and provide: <br />9,546 Lot Area; Lot Area Per Dwelling Unit. <br />(1) <br />~c} In the RG district each lot ar development <br />site shall have a minimum area of 20,000 square feet. <br />~3} In the I-2 and I-3 districts, the minimum lot <br />size is 6,000 square feet. <br />Section 30. <br />Section 9.554 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby <br />amended to read and provide: <br />9.554 Residential District Regulations as to Schools, Churches, <br />Public and Semi-Public Buildings. All buildings erected, <br />used or maintained far a school, church, or public or semi- <br />public building or use, institution, or similar use under the <br />regulations of this ordinance shall be subject to the following <br />requirements: . <br />~a} Front ard. All buildings and additions <br />within 100 feet of adjacent property in a residential <br />district shall have a front yard of at least ten feet. <br />fib} Interior ~rards. All buildings and additions <br />~~,~~. <br />are subject to the solar radiation protection require- <br />ments of section 9.534 for structures in PL districts. <br />At a minimum, buildings and additions shall have re- <br />quired interior yard setbacks as follows: <br />Building or Addition Height Interior Yards <br />15 feet ------~---_______________ 10 feet <br />over l5 feet --------~------------ 15 feet <br />When a required interior yard is used far parking or <br />storage and is next to a residential district lot or <br />parcel occupied by a dwelling, it must be screened <br />with year-round, minimum six foot wide, sight obscur- <br />ing vegetation or separated from the residential prop- <br />erty by a site obscuring, six foot high fence or wall, <br />except as otherwise required in section 9.544 for <br />fences and walls in connection with traffic vision <br />clearance. <br />Section 31. <br />Section 9.582 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby <br />amended to read and provide: <br />9.582 Required Off-Street Parking. off-street parking shall <br />be provided on the development site for all AG, RA, <br />ordinance - 13 <br />
