/906/ <br />Section 16. <br />Section 9.452 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby <br />amended to read and provide: <br />9,452 Buildin s and Uses Permitted Conditionall In addi- <br />tion to the buildings and uses permitted conditionally <br />listed in sections 9,492 to 9.502, the hearings official may <br />grant a conditional use permit for any of the following build- <br />ings and uses in accordance with the procedures set forth in <br />sections 9.696 to 9.722: <br />~a~ Uses that could be hazardous, obnoxious, or <br />offensive by~reason of odor or biological agents. <br />Buildings and uses existing and legal~,y permitted or permitted <br />conditionally as listed in the zoning ordinance on January 27, <br />1982 are exempt from sections 9.612 to 9.626 pertaining to non- <br />conforming uses. This exemption is limited to the development <br />site on which the buildings or uses existed on January 27, 1982. <br />Section 17. <br />A new section is hereby added to the Eugene Code, <br />1971, to be numbered and provide: <br />9.454 Buildin s and Uses Permitted with Site Review. 2n the <br />I-2 Light-Medium Industrial District, the following <br />buildings and uses are permitted subject to the provisions and <br />exceptions set forth in sections 9.656 to 9.694 for site review; <br />~.a} Asphalt mixing and hatching. <br />~b~ Concrete mixing batch plant}, <br />~c~ Drive-in theaters for no more than l4 <br />years, site review renewable if not needed for in- <br />dustry~ . <br />~.d~ Mineral resource mining, recovery, stock- <br />piling and processing ono smelters or ore reduction}. <br />Section 18. <br />The caption preceding Section 9.462 of the Eugene <br />Code, 1971, and Sections 9.462, 9.464 and 9.466 of the Eugene Code, <br />1971, are hereby repealed. <br />Section 19, <br />The caption preceding Section 9.465 of the Eugene <br />Code, 1971, and Section 9,468 are hereby amended to read and pra- <br />vide: <br />I-3 Heavy Industrial District <br />9.465 Description and Purpose.
