l9/O6 <br />At the public hearing held on June 9, 1952, no party objected <br />to the withdrawal of the annexed territory from the District, and <br />the Council determined that it was in the best interest of the City <br />that the territory be withdrawn. However, the proper Grdinance was <br />not adopted by the Council an that date, and adoption of this Ordi- <br />nance is necessary to correct the action taken at the hearing. <br />NOS, THEREFaRE, <br />THE CITY of EUGENE DQES ORDAIN AS FO~LDWS: <br />Section 1. The territory in Lane County, Oregon, annexed to <br />the City of Eugene on February 4, 1952, as bounded and described as <br />follows, is hereby withdrawn from the Junction City Water Control <br />DLStrict: <br />As described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference Great Western <br />Steel Fabricators, Inc. ~ A/Z 81-~4~ <br />Section ~.
