/~//9 <br />No party has objected to the withdra~ral of the annexed terri- <br />tory from the District, and it is in the best interest of the City <br />that the territory be withdrawn. <br />NOW, THEREFQRE, <br />THE CITY of EUGENE DQES ORDAIN A~ FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The territory in Lane County, Oregon, annexed to <br />the City of Eugene on February 3, 1983, as bounded and described as <br />follows, is hereby withdrawn from the ~unctian City Water Control <br />District: <br />As described an Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference Maxwell - A/Z <br />82-1} <br />Section 2.
