/9/3~ <br />city council and become effective upon council approval thereof. <br />The chair of the J~'PA Eugene private industry council shall be <br />selected from among the members who are representatives of the <br />private sector. As used herein, "private sector" means persons <br />who are owners, chief executives or chief operating officers of <br />private for-profit employers and mayor nongovernmental employers, <br />such as health and educational institutions or other executives <br />of such employers who have substantial management or policy <br />responsibility. <br />Section 3.
