i9 ~6~ <br />~h} Jumps or dives from any parking structure, <br />bridge, viaduct, overpass, walkway or other elevated <br />structure; or <br />~.i~ Throws or drops any object or material from <br />any parking structure, bridge, viaduct, overpass, walk- <br />way or other elevated structure. <br />~3} For purposes of this section t'public place" means <br />premises which by function, custom, usage, notice or lack <br />thereof, their physical nature or other circumstances at the <br />time, would cause a reasonable person to believe that permis- <br />sion to enter or remain is not requixed. <br />Section 2.
