/911 <br />4.874 Animals. .Except far police officers and their police <br />service dogs, and as OAS 346.60 provides to the con- <br />trary with reference to blind persons and their dog guides, no <br />person may bring any animal into the mall or allow any animal <br />in his charge to be in the mall unless the anima? is caged. <br />Section 4.
