/9/ da <br />5. Signing shall be limited to one non- <br />illuminated~wall sign with a maximum area of one- <br />and one-half square feet; <br />6. There shall be at least 4~Q feet of sep- <br />aration in all directions between facilities. This <br />includes, for example, a 4~0 foot separation from <br />existing bed and breakfast facilities in commercial <br />zoning districts; <br />~7. Yf an approved facility is not estab- <br />lished within one year of the approval date, or <br />if the use lapses for over one year, the approval <br />shall automatically expire and a new application <br />shall be required and, <br />S. Within one year of approval, the plan- <br />ning director shall review each bed and breakfast <br />facility to ensure all approval conditions are <br />being fulf i11ed. <br />Section 3. Section 9.32G of the Eugene Code, 1971 is hereby <br />amended by relettering the present subparagraphs fib} through ~i} to <br />~c} through ~j}, and adding a new subparagraph fib} thereto, to read <br />and provide: <br />9.32G <br />fib} Bed and breakfast facilities, subject to <br />the development standards set forth in section <br />9.312(b}. <br />Section 4. Section 9.33$ of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby <br />amended by relettering the present subparagraphs ~c} through gym} to <br />~d} through fin} , and adding a new subparagraph ~c} thereto, to read <br />and provide: <br />9.335 <br />~c} Bed and breakfast facilities, subject to <br />development standards 1 to 5 set forth in section <br />9.312 fib} . Bed and breakfast facilities for which a <br />modification of development standards 1 to 5 is sought <br />shall be subject to conditional use procedures. <br />Section 5. Section 9..340 of the Eugene Code, 1871, is hereby <br />amended by relettering the present subparagraphs Cb) through (g) to <br />Ordinance - 2 <br />
