Section 9.394 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby <br />amended by relettering the present subparagraphs (b) through (q) to <br />(c) through (r), and adding a new subparagraph (b) thereto, to read <br />and provide: <br />9.394 <br />~.b} Bed and breakfast facilities, provided the <br />total number of guest rooms, plus the owner or inn- <br />keeper's unit, are limited to the number of dwelling <br />units otherwise allowed in this zoning district. <br />Section 14. <br />Section 9.410 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby <br />amended by relettering the present subparagraphs (c) through (h) to <br />~d} through ~i} , and adding a new subparagraph ~c} thereto, to read <br />and provide: <br />9.410 <br />Section 11. <br />~.c } Bed and brea~kf as t facilities , provided : <br />1. The use is integrated with a commercial <br />structure; <br />2. Commercial uses in the structure have <br />the capacity to accomodate a bed and breakfast <br />facility; <br />3. Gutdvor living area privacy can be <br />maintained; and <br />4. The total number of guest rooms plus <br />the owner yr innkeeper's unit is limited to the <br />minimum lot or development site area required in <br />the RG district. <br />Section 9.422 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby <br />amended by relettering the present subparagraphs ~1} through ~q-3} <br />to gym} through 4.r-3 } , and adding anew subparagraph ~ 1} thereto, to <br />read and provide: <br />9.422 <br />~_1} Bed and breakfast facilities. <br />Qrdinance - 4 <br />
