/9 ~ 8~ <br />Section 12. <br />Section 9.436 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby <br />amended by relettering the present subparagraphs ~l} through ~s-3~ <br />to ~m~ through ~ t- 3 ~ , and adding a new subparagraph ~ 1 ~ thereto, to <br />read and provide: <br />9.436 <br />Section 13. <br />~1~ Bed and breakfast facilities. <br />Subsection ~.a~ of Section 9.586 of the Eugene Code, <br />1971, is hereby amended by adding a new subparagraph 1Q thereto, to <br />read and provider <br />9.586 <br />Use <br />10. Bed and breakfast facilities <br />Parking Space Required <br />i I~iniio~~~i ~iii~ii`ui~i~m~i~m~n~r~nii~ I~IIIwYYIY <br />1 for each guest roam, <br />except for facilities <br />located within a C-3 zoning <br />district. Parking for the <br />owner/innkeeper of the <br />facility shall be as re- <br />quired in the zoning dis- <br />trict in which the facility <br />is located. <br />Section 14. That the matters contained herein concern the <br />public welfare and safety, and in order to insure the orderly admin- <br />istration of the City`s zoning ordinances, an emergency is hereby <br />declared to exist, and this~Crdinance shall become effective immedi- <br />ately upon its passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />26th day of September, 1983 <br />~~ 4~a~.~ <br />~Sy~..
