Any references in sections of the Eugene Code, 1911 to <br />sections amended and/ar repealed by this Ordinance sha11 be deemed to refer <br />to the section as constituted herein, and upon, approval of the Planning <br />Director and City Attorney, the City Recorder i s authorized to admi n i stra- <br />tively cause appropriate corrections to be made thereto. <br />Section 25. The procedures provided for in this Ordinance represent a <br />major change in the processing of land use applications and related matters.. <br />1t is the intent in the adoption of these provisions that all matters in <br />process prior to the effective date of this Ordinance be governed by the <br />currently effective provisions. In order to provide for the orderly imple- <br />mentation of this Ordinance and provide a day certain for compliance with <br />its provisions, it is hereby declared that this Ordinance shall become <br />effective as of 12:41 a.m., January 1, 1984. <br />Ordinance ~42- <br />
