Regardless of the sign area <br />per lineal foot of building wall allowed, <br />each separate business establishment shall . <br />be permitted fifty {~0} square feet of <br />sign surface area, and the maximum allowable <br />sign area for any one sign shall not exceed <br />three hundred fifty {350} square feet of <br />surface area on any face. <br />b. The total surface area of all signs, <br />except the ide ntity sign, as provided in subsec- <br />tion {c } 1. above, shall not exceed eighty {8D} <br />square feet. <br />{d } Reader board si ns. Reader board signs, not <br />over forty square eet in surfacb area shall be <br />allowed, provided they are set back a minimum of fifty <br />{50} feet from the street property line. <br />
