i 9'zi3 <br />Section 3. ordinance No. 1$757 is further amended by substi- <br />toting the date "January 1, 1959" for the date "January 1, 1985" <br />in subsection ~e } of Subsection ~_7 ~ of Section 8.3 0 5 of the Eugene <br />Code, 19?1 as the same was adopted by Section 2 of Ordinance No. <br />18757. <br />Section 4.
