The City Council directs that a copy of this Ordi- <br />nonce be forwarded to the Board of County Commissioners of Lane <br />County, Oregon, which Board is hereby requested to release juris- <br />diction of the above described roads or portions of road to the <br />City of Eugene in accordance with the provisions of Section 373.~7a <br />of Oregon Revised Statutes. <br />Section 3.
