<br />Now, Therefore, <br /> <br />Based upon the aforementioned findings, and pursuant to the authority provided in the Eugene <br />Code, the Traffic Engineer orders that: <br /> <br />1. A bike lane shall be marked along the north side of 11 th Avenue between Lincoln Street <br />and Jefferson Street; <br /> <br />2. A third westbound auto travel lane shall be marked along the south side of 11 th Avenue <br />between Charnelton Street and Jefferson Street; <br /> <br />3. On-street parking shall be removed along both sides of 11 th Avenue between <br />Charnelton Street and Jefferson Street (except as provided for below); and <br /> <br />4.
