The abutting property on the south side of 3rd at Taylor consists of residential <br />property, while the north side of the intersection is industrial. <br /> <br />(j) Emergencies. <br /> <br />. Emergency vehicle service could be affected by the closure and restriction, but <br />Police and Fire department personnel have reviewed and approved the closure <br />and channelizer designs, which provide for emergency vehicle access. <br /> <br />(k) The public health, safety, and welfare. <br /> <br />. The public health, safety and welfare won't be affected by this project. <br /> <br />(I) Special events of community interest including parades and public gatherings. <br /> <br />.
