The abutting property on the south side of 3rd at Taylor consists of residential property, while the north side of the intersection is industrial. (j) Emergencies. . Emergency vehicle service could be affected by the closure and restriction, but Police and Fire department personnel have reviewed and approved the closure and channelizer designs, which provide for emergency vehicle access.
