lgz6~ <br />NQTICE QF ALLEY VACATIQN <br />T® ALL PERSQNS WHAM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />NQTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a meeting of the City Council <br />of the City of Eugene, held at the Council Chambers at City <br />Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 11th day of July, 1954, there was <br />passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the <br />City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, an ordinance setting a <br />hearing to be held on the 15th day of August, 1954 , at 12 : ~~ <br />o'clock noon, Pacific Daylight Time, at the Council Chambers <br />at City Hall, Eugene, Qregon, for the purpose of hearing remon- <br />strances and protests against the vacation by Ordinance of the <br />City Council of the following alley: <br />An unimproved 14-foot-wide east-west alley <br />located between East 22nd Avenue and East <br />23rd Avenue, f rom Patterson Street East <br />16~ feet to alley, more particularly des- <br />cribed as: <br />The alley lying between <br />l o t s 7, 5 and 9 and the <br />l~, 11 and 12, Block 29; <br />t o Eugene as platted and <br />4, Page 22, Lane County C <br />~Gilland/feting AV 54-17 <br />the north line of <br />south line of lots <br />Driverton Addition <br />recorded in Volume <br />aregon Plat Records. <br />The City Council will consider and act upon the proposed <br />vacation on the 15th day of August, 1984, at 12: ~~ a' clock noon, <br />Pacific Daylight Time, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, <br />Eugene, Oregon, and will consider an Ordinance vacating the <br />above.
