/9z63 <br />when this Ordinance was passed, the name of any petitioners <br />petitioning for the vacation, and the date when the petition, <br />together with any objections or remonstrances which may be made <br />in writing and f i led with the Recorder of the City of Eugene <br />prior to the date of the hearing, will be heard and considered. <br />Section 4. The City Recorder shall forthwith, and within <br />five days after the f first publication of the notice past, or <br />cause to be posted, at or near each end of the proposed vacation <br />a copy of the foregoing, which shall be headed "Notice of Alley <br />vacation", and which notice shall be posted in at least two <br />conspicuous places in or on the area proposed to be vacated. <br />The posting and the first day of publication of the notice <br />shall be not less than twenty-eight ~28~ days before the time <br />set for hearing. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />11th day of July, 1984 <br />~a..~.~. ~-Cc~-~-~.a,~... <br />~~,f..
